From an exceptional plot, Pinot Noir Spiessen is a great wine of place. A complex nose of black cherry, wild raspberry and elderberry, extended by a woody note and an earthy minerality.
On the palate, the material is dense, concentrated, structured by fine, well-defined tannins. It's a deep wine, built to last, yet already elegant in its youth.
Enjoy with a fine piece of veal, roasted pigeon, or a dish of noble mushrooms. A cuvée that speaks quietly, but leaves its mark. Lucerne, grand-cru style, both distinguished and composed.
