An exceptional Pinot Noir, from a small, sloping parcel located directly in front of the estate, facing due south and bathed all day in the light from the lake. Lean soil, cool wind, intense luminosity: Reblaube concentrates all that the Zürichsee can offer of the noblest quality. A tiny terroir, worked by hand, whose wine bears its signature with rare precision.
The tasting opens with an already profound aromatic profile: ripe red fruits, floral notes, smoky nuances, and a weave of fine spices. The juice is direct, structured, built on a crisp freshness and firm yet extraordinarily polished tannins. The material is elegant, long, vibrant, with a complexity that only asks to stretch out over the years. A still young wine, but with remarkable potential.
To be opened with refined cuisine: roasted poultry, veal chop, mushroom risotto, or a simple but carefully executed dish — anything that deserves a fine, precise red, without a gram of heaviness.
A profound, distinctive, sovereign Pinot Noir — a discreet grand cru, shaped by a tiny terroir and the hand of a winemaker with a precise vision. The kind of wine that leaves its mark on a cellar as much as on one's memory.
