A kiss from the vine, whole and raw.
Made from whole clusters, gentle maceration, spontaneous fermentation in foudre — each barrel bears the imprint of the whole cluster .
The color dances between transparency and velvet, the nose offers small red fruits, iodized notes, traces of bark and fresh earth.
On the palate, it is taut, direct, almost textile: fine tannins, clear acidity, a saline and persistent finish.
This wine tells the whole story of Twann, without cutting or filtering, in a free and sovereign gesture.
To be shared with coq au vin, blanquette, or a carefully prepared mushroom dish.
