A Gamay that breaks free from conventions. From the hillsides of Fully, it combines direct pressing, whole bunches, and manual destemming for a wine that is at once frank, fleshy, and taut. Fermented without inputs, aged without frills, it naturally carves its own path.

On the nose, a free and spontaneous dark fruit: blackberry, cherry, licorice, dried herbs. On the palate, the energy is lively, with a fresh, supple, slightly salty texture, and a spicy framework that prolongs the pleasure without overpowering.

To be opened with black pudding, a pissaladière, or an evening with no plans but full of desires.
