Completer Grand Maître 2023 is a living memory. A forgotten grape variety, resurrected from afar, and enhanced by a visionary winemaker. Spontaneously fermented in barriques and Swiss oak barrels, aged one year on lees with bâtonnage, unfiltered.

Intense nose of zest, dried herbs, warm stone, ripe peach. On the palate, brilliant tension, ample texture, long and refined finish. Somewhere between the richness of a Chardonnay, the energy of a Riesling, and the lusciousness of a Sauvignon — but it is a Completer, and it proudly asserts itself as such.

A rare wine, with a noble and upright character. The kind of discovery that restores faith in what was thought to be lost.
