Meilen - Lake Zurich – Switzerland

Nature in its raw state, wine in its purest form

Behind this half-punk, half-poetic name are Lukas and Klaus, two lovers of life. In 2020, they decided to take over a tiny 0.3-hectare plot overlooking Lake Zurich to carry out a radical project: to make 100% natural, 100% coherent wine. All without compromise.

They hand-replanted a thousand vines with resistant grape varieties (PIWI) – Sauvignac, Calardis Blanc, Sauvitage – capable of defending themselves, without repeated treatments or chemical inputs. Their deeply biodynamic approach excludes any addition of sulfur during winemaking. They make their wine at Markus Weber's, a pioneer of organic wine from Lake Zurich.

Their micro-production is almost confidential. Each bottle embodies a place, an energy, a season. Here, nothing is disguised, everything is left as is. It's raw, it's real, it's alive.

Grape varieties & style

Sauvignac, Calardis Blanc, Sauvitage

→ Natural and uncompromising wines. Frank, slightly cloudy juices with an explosive freshness. Rare, vibrant, and unclassifiable vintages – like their creators.

Lukas & Klaus' philosophy

"To make an honest wine, without disguise. Just fruit, place, and time."
