Since his very first vintage in 1990, Christian Hermann has followed a clear path: to produce wines with strong character, without ever compromising on quality.

The family vineyards he took over in Fläsch have been cultivated for over 17 years without herbicides, in accordance with organic principles. Each year, he sows various plants to nourish the soil, promote biodiversity, and preserve a living ecosystem.

Christian personally oversees the winemaking process, by choice and out of exacting standards. No fining, no technical corrections. His wines are born of nature, time, and an unwavering desire to reveal the alpine terroir with finesse, length, and typicity.

Red: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Completer & Riesling

→ Straightforward, precise, honest wines. Alpine, finely crafted cuvées with remarkable aging potential.
