One wine, a thousand emotions

Behind AnIma is a collective of artisans, musicians, artists, and winemakers who produce only one cuvée per year. Just one wine, yes, but each vintage is a complete work, a story in a bottle, a score to be savored. The raw material remains the same: Chasselas, cultivated with respect for life, without ostentation or standardization. But everything else changes: the winemaking, the name, the label, the music. Each year, they let the vintage guide them, without seeking to repeat, without forcing the wine's identity.

At AnIma, wine is a language. It is written with the intuition of the moment, the beauty of a collective gesture, and an unspoken technical demandingness. Each bottle is unique. Each vintage has its own name, its own label, its own music. It’s up to you to listen, to look, and above all… to taste.

Chasselas

→ Only one cuvée per year. Each has a name, a label, and music that tell its story. The wine is always straight, precise, taut, aged appropriately in oak barrels. No natural wine here, but traditional winemaking pushed to its peak, with a modern and artistic perspective. The ensemble forms a work to be enjoyed with all the senses.
